Ordering Information

All online ordering is processed securely and swiftly through PayPal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards as well as echeck payments.

Shipping Information

Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery within the EUROPE, and 2 - 3 weeks for delivery to international destinations. International shipping charges are not inclusive of the destination countries duty and custom fees.

Return/Damage Policy

In case of damaged goods, we require that customers notify info@sabrinagarrasi.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis, and the item may be replaced. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and the printed receipts. Once the item is received by Sabrina Garrasi, the return shipping will be refunded to the buyer.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear in the webstore. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
