By purchasing the artworks of Sabrina Garrasi, you agree to these terms and conditions as set out below.

By purchasing on this website, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power and authority to enter into these terms and fully perform all your obligations hereunder. You further represent and warrant that you do not have any legal disabilities or contractual restrictions that would prevent you from agreeing to these terms.

Shopping on Sabrina Garrasi website

When you order products, you offer to buy the products for the price advertised and indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Please check the price, sizes, colors and variations of the products correctly before ordering.

Artist reserves to change the price or artwork in any time when these items already exist on the site.

When a user places an order, will be send that user an email to confirm that the order has been received.

This confirmation email will be produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of the order details of the products.

If the product is not available, the user will be informed of the website or of the Artist by email.

Sabrina Garrasi may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue availability of products at any time in her sole discretion.

If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All new orders are considered separately and each is treated individually.

Non-commissioned artwork may be returned for exchange at Sabrina Garrasi 3 days of purchase in the condition it was received. Shipping at the cost to the purchaser.

Sabrina Garrasi reserves the right NOT to accept a poorly packaged or a damaged artwork.

Commissions policy:

Payment of 50% to secure art commissions are due up front.

Balance due upon completion of artwork prior to shipping.

Artist reserves the right to complete the commission within a reasonable estimated timeline - generally from 10 to 20 working days for a medium-sized artwork.

There are no returns on commissioned artwork.

Prices

Sabrina Garrasi reserves the right to determine the price for the products.

The Artist make reasonable efforts to keep the price information published on the website up to date.

Will always try to make sure that the prices on the website is accurate. However, some errors in terms of price may occur from time to time, including but not limited to human error, mechanical error or the like. Should an error in pricing be discovered, the User will be informed of such error.

Payments

The products will be paid through PayPal or Credit Card.

The customer must pay the price of the products as stipulated in the order before the products are shipped and delivered to the customer.

The payment will be charged to your credit card or debt card immediately after ordering the products you have purchased. When processing a transaction, we will issue an electronic transaction receipt that will be sent to the email address you provide.

Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products.

Sabrina Garrasi reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products.

Sabrina Garrasi attempts to be as accurate as possible.

However, the Artist does not warrant that product descriptions and the product photos is error-free.

Screen colors can vary, so consider there may be a slight variation in color when you receive the artwork.

Moreover, some imperfections of the artwork are what make it unique piece.

Do not copy any content and pass it off as your own, as a copyright infringement will occur.
